I recently picked up a 2013 atb proof set off eBay. I noticed that the hard plastic case was itself in like a plastic shrink wrap? I haven't seen this in my other sets and assume its an unopened set from the mint. After seeing it, I'd like to have the others like this. Does anyone know where I could get 2010-2012 with this shrink kind of wrapping as if straight from the mint, since the mint doesnt sell the 2010s anymore.
They're still available from the mint, I'd suggest buying them there in the future (if the item you want is still available): http://catalog.usmint.gov/webapp/wc...1&parent_category_rn=45001&top_category=45001 It was bought, looked over, shrinkwrapped for some reason, and resold.
Since it's not ogp, if you haven't already, I'd open the shrink wrap, if you can't see good through it. If the set is not viewable, the shrink wrap may be to hide a problem.
