Here get rid of his avatar? And I thought someone said the forum wouldn't allow PM's to him either.

First part: Not quite sure what that means...

Second part: I got in touch with him outside of CT.

He* get rid of his avatar? He has no picture anymore. Usually a good sign that a handle was deactivated unless they pull it themselves.

Sorry for the confusion. He "won a mandatory vacation thanks to the moderators." Technically, he still got banned, but for 10 days.

I'm not sure about his avatar... it might be automatically removed when banned?

    Glad it's not a perma-ban.

Okay, I picked up a box of halves. 3 things that were of interest of me:

    1. When I opened the box, I noticed that ALL 50 rolls were tails up. Strange. Has this ever happened to anybody else?

    2. The 2nd thing that I noticed after I opened the box is that one tail was a silver ender. (It ended up being a 1964 and my only silver in the box)

    3. I also found this. (see below). As you can see, the thinness of the coin peaked my interest:

Then, I looked on one side of the coin and saw this:

Then I looked on the other side of the coin, and surprisingly found this:

I know that this isn't a mint error since the coins were made in two different countries. Was this somebody's experiment that they did with the two coins?

Also, what in the world do I do with this? Try to sell it? Throw it in my junk coin box? By the way, the reverse image is about 100 degrees off of the front image.

Really? I guess I never knew what people meant when they said "Magician's Coin". I always thought it meant "2 headed coin". Thanks!

I got my first proof from nickel boxes today. A pretty decent 78s. Also pulled two wars and a 42d hole filler. I'm down to just needing the 38s, 39d, and 50d. So close...
