I'm feeling like this could be a great way to store the US Quarters in the year sets, the P & D, each tube holds 10 quarters... Can I get some feedback on what you think? Do you think it would be useful?

I don't see a problem with it, so I say go for it and try it!

If there is a market for ATB sets (and I don't know the answer to that), then I think it would be a great way to store them. They work great for silver/ bu rolls, so I'd say yes people who collect them would use it.

I'd say no. As most people that collect the state quarters any ATB's would be putting them in books/folders so they can view the design, and wouldn't want to have 100 tubes laying*around, versus 2 books

    therocktjb Wait, what**

I say yes. For state and atb quarters if you're wanting to store each year separate they seem perfect.

I was thinking it would be a great way to store, sell, transport the year's sets for these quarters. I'm hoping they do well!
Thank you for this and any other feedback I receive!! I appreciate you guys so much! It's hard to get off of this site... Totally addicting!

I already went through my huge jar of change (again, I've been doing this for silver since 2007!) and came up with some 1964 and before Roosies :)

I'd gladly give up my dating life for this site, hehe.

Did you invent these quarter ( pun intended) tubes ?

I actually like something like that. Small enough for separating by year or whatever. But I don't usually like that type of container because it seems the top is not really secure. I could, however, be really tempted to like them more if the top could be some kind of screw on cap, that makes it harder to fall off (I'm assuming based on a similar one I had that did that) and.....that would make it more marketable for other interests (collecting other little things, etc.). Just an opinion. And if you can make it for dimes, nickels, cents, etc. a good number to have in one is around 6-10 I think.

I did not invent them, but the company that I work for did. I'm a coin supply gal. I worked at a coin supply wholesaler for nearly 4 years and just started back in the industry again. Some of my old customers (coin shop owners) would jokingly call me the Coin Supply Queen. It's been a few years, but I loved it so much and I'm very happy to be back and was foolish to leave in the first place.

The top on this one actually fits quite tightly... I know what you mean though, one bump and the lid comes off...

If your avatar is a current photo of you, then you must certainly have a very lousy "male market" in your area.

Nope! I don't care for the little plastic tubes. You'd need about 15 just for Washies and that doesn't include the SQ's & ATB's. I would still rather use the square tubes for bulk storage.

Yep, that's me! And you're right about the lousy male market but I'm always more concerned about my jobs, daughter and hobbies to really care, haha. It's pretty bad though!

I appreciate the feedback. I'm going to attempt to get these out on the market within the next few weeks. I think they could be useful to some folks... Those square tubes for bulk are great and so usable. They just don't break!
