Looking to see if the mint or someone else sells a box specifically for the 1992-1998 silver proof sets, similar to the "red" box the mint sold to house the 1999-2008 silver proof sets

Also, any plans to sell a box the will hold 2009-date proof boxes?

    Any help would be great!

    Thanks,
    Jim

    I was considering using these:

I'm also considering breaking the sets out and putting them into capitol plastics holders since those will fit many into a 3-row 2x2 box, I can stack double high and get over 100 proof sets in capitol holders into the same space as 60 OGP (if my math is correct).

Prime - your sets would lose about half their value if you did that.

I've been on the fence about this. Though for something like a generic modern clad proof/unc mint set that's worth $4-8, is that really much of a concern? I know that may be more of a personal question/answer and I guess it would probably boil down to whether I ever plan on reselling or not. I would tend to think that from a preservation standpoint a plastic holder (or individual plastic 2x2's) would be better than the flimsy cellophane mint packs the unc sets come in, no?
