    I would consider it questionable toning. the OBV toning specifically in the hair seems odd to me. I'm not going as far as it being AT, just questionable.

    i am not sure about the genuineness of the toning but i am curious as what others have to say as i have a raw morgan with very similar toning. it is a nice looking coin

    Look MA to me.. pretty coin. Unsure what you mean by genuineness of toning.. but I'm always cool with coining another toner term ; )
