Spending clipped coins.

    I know you can spend a dollar bill if it's been ripped and part of it is missing, but can you do the same with coins? Just curious.

    I guess it depends on the cashier. If it's identifiable, i don't see why not. Of course, if the coin was a clipped error, and not PMD i can't see why you would spend it.
