OK so I know the answer is 99.9% no...but I have to ask as the surface of this coin def has the "rough" finish of a matte...

This is from the scanner so it loses some shine...the rim is thick and square from the side...

    Thoughts?

    No chance.

Rim is neither thick nor square compared to a real MPL. Instant "no" in my opinion.

I'll have to agree , no proof .

Certainly not a proof example. Shows none of the proof diagnostics in the photos and doesn't have the rims/edge that a genuine proof would have.

Not a proof. Many of the 09's show matte-like fields.
