I cannot read the minmark in exergue, but judging from style I am guessing it is from Nicomedia: Honorius AE3. 395-401 AD. D N HONORIVS P F AVG, pearl diademed bust right / VIRTVS EXERCITI, Honorius standing right with spear & shield, being crowned by Victory standing beside him, SMNA in ex. No problem. I would add, however, there are some other options as to where this may have been minted. Rome and Cyzicus to be specific.
