Chris I have a bunch of the 3 coin sets, but no pictures. Used to pick them up cheap till people figured out they had silver in tgem . But still plan on trying to get a complete set of them.
The 3-medal sets were produced by the Medallic Art Co. for the years 1969-1982, only. Mintages ranged from 350-750, but there is no mintage available for the 1969 set. It's the one that got me started collecting them with Frank Gasparro's rendition of Libertas Americana. Bob Campbell is in the process of imaging all 42 of these medals, and once he has finished, I will set up an NGC Registry Set for them. You can view Bob's work-in-progress at the link below where the images will have a permanent home. http://robecsimages.com/chris.html Chris
Wow! Such an collecting endevor to embark upon! Your medals are beautiful Chris. Please continue to post them......
Here you go, Greenie! 1975 Los Angeles.......anyone who can put up with their freeway traffic is out of their mind.
The depiction of that lady on the 69's remind me of that Silver Bullet Silver Shield Freedom Girl round. Very nice medals, btw! https://www.silverbulletsilvershield.com/freedom-girl-one-ounce-medallion.html
That 76 is my favorite... 69 is a very close second! The "last place" is the 1971 "80th Anniversary" Piece... Matt's is far better IMHO.
