Ok guys what am i looking at heavy die scratches or something else on the obverse and reverse of this cent?
To me, it looks like just PMD since they don't appear to be convex scratches. It appears there's also some plating issues which is common.
The reverse looks like heavy die scratches in and around the memorial. It is likely that there was a clash and the mint was trying to abrade it away. Keep up the hunt!
