CRH - Found three 1970S cents - 2 Large date and 1 small date?

    I found these while coin roll hunting. Two of them look the same to me, which I think from my research are large dates. While the other one looks different, and therefore I *think* may be a small date? Is this correct? I did look these up and compare them to other pictures, but I am so new to this, that I am just not sure. Any help would me much appreciated. Thanks! :)

    The second cent appears to be a small date. Hard to tell by the photos. The key is to looking at the curl of the 9. On a large date it points towards the mint mark. Whereas on a small date it will point more towards the 7.

    Pics are a little blurry, but it appears that all 3 are large dates. With the small date you would have weakness in LIBERTY, which I am not seeing,
    Keep up the hunt!

    Alright, good to know. On the first one, I noticed that the S seems much closer to the 9 than on the other two. If so, why is that?

    Because the mint marks were hand punched in the 70s....
