Hello Chiefbullsit, The Breen book shows three listings for the bust quarter dated 1819. There is a small 9 and a large 9 variety. Also, there is a 1819 where there is a large space between the 1 and 8 (1 819). Thanks for posting the cool coin.
If you are interested in die marriages or varieties for CBQs then you shouldn't use Breen and really have to invest in either the Tompkins book or the Rea, et al book. Both are excellent and I use both routinely.
This was an impulse-buy at yesterday's local coin show. The dealer's 2x2 listed VF-EF and a price of $175. IMO it is a net F15 or maybe a VF20 on a really sunny day. I paid Greysheet Fine Bid + $5.
