This coin looks like it was cast to me. Now I have done a bit of research and I know that this coin was to celebrate the founding of the Iraqi airforce and that it was a medal as well (or just a medal not a coin). What I am wondering is, coin or medal? casted? and if casted...fake or might they have casted medals or special coins...

    thanks for any help.

Medals often are cast, not struck. So this one may be quite normal.

Regardless, I think that is a neat looking coin or token or medal.

That's easy, Send it back to the company and get it redone...If you do not have a membership, Save up some money and get one. If it's not that important in the first place, Then why are you even worrying about it? point made...
