Cleaned Flying Eagles

My scanner is presssed to the large DPI it can scan but I took two more blow ups. I just don't see it in the real coin when I use a magnifying glass. I believe that it is just left over smutt from the cleaning process.

I agree the coin was cleaned but in the past few months these things have been selling in ag to g condition cleaned for more than non cleaned. I do not know why this is just what I have observed from constant coin browsing.
