I wonder if I have a bit more than common stuff, here. These three were in a bag at $4 each, and they became a throw-in on another purchase...so I have nothing in them. Your comments, and evaluations (or grades) are welcome...Thanks, all!
Actually upon looking closer at it with my tiny phone screen I see hairline scratches. Can you post close ups of the 1907 S?
I'd say you did VERY well! The 1914 is rough & common, 1907 has great (EF) details, but looks like it was hit with a Brillo pad. You're right though, 1907-S is a score! I'm thinking the cameras flash made the scratches more obvious, but even if not, it's still a great coin! Especially for the price
As stated, the 1914 is common and worth melt. Both the 1907 & 1907-S have XF details but both have been harshly cleaned and will be worth a fraction of price guide. Since the cleaning on the 1907-S appears to be less severe, you should expect to get a better price for that one. I would say that $25 would be a good price for it.
The 1907 would both worth around $2.30 right now (barely over melt). The 1907-S looks very nice (cleaned of course) but AU DETAILS so it should run about $30.00 or so, but it looks very nice. The 1907 is XF DETAILS with it being worth around $5.00 or so.
1907 and 1907-S Barber Dimes up-close OK...This is about as good as I'm able to do. Hope it helps...and Thanks, All!
