Hi, i was just looking at my 2006 north dakota quarter today, and noticed that on George Washington's Neck there was a "bubble" that definety jumped out at me. Upon futher review it genuniely seems to be part of the metal that bubbled up or something. Its more like a small solid blister really that a bubble as I guess bubbles can be popped.. Anyways the quater is in great condition with no real rubbings or scratches, pretty crisp nice coin.

Any guesses what it is worth... Ill get a better scan from work tommorrow...

Bubbles like that sometimes appear on coins because the clad layer did not adhere properly to the inner layer. I'm not saying that is the case with your coin because I can't tell based on the pic. But if it is, it doesn't add any value.
