Is White Mountain the first "S" minted Business Quarter coin in the National Park series ?

No; the first S-minted business strike quarter was the El Yunque National Forest (Puerto Rico) quarter minted in 2012.

White Mountain is the first one of 2013 though, if that's what you meant.

I guess I am a little confused. I have been ordering the quarters from the mint since America The Beautiful and I have never seen any business "S" quarters until White Mountain being offered from the mint. I have the Yunque's P & D but no S. Were these offered from the Mint ?

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

2012 S circulation quality El Yunque, Chaco, Acadia, Volcanoes and Denali National Park quarters were issued by the mint in bags and rolls only. I believe they will continue being issued in bags and rolls only in 2013, too.

Yep, I believe I received an email notification from the mint. Are you on their mailing list?

I didn't find out about them until December 2012, when someone here posted them as being the biggest gimmick of 2012. Unless you caught the online articles, possible print articles, and actually sought out the bags and rolls, you missed them.

Yes ! I did get a notice on the White Mountain, but it was a first notice that I had seen. I get the 100 coin bags of P & D, but never knew about any S business coins.
