What is the best approach for coin roll hunting in New York City? I went to my bank looking for halves and came up empty.
One would expect because it is densly populated, it is a bit harder... Perhaps if you camp out at banks and wait for older people who are depositing a few rolls to do so, then jump and buy those up?
Try around to a couple different banks. I have been to the city numerous times, there's usually a bank or 2 on every corner. If they don't have any, ask them to call you if they get some and then give them your phone number.
