Quick question. Deciding between subscribing to Coin World, Coin Values, or Coinage, which is the better bang for the buck in your opinions? Not using it for pricing, rather for the articles.

I think Coin World has the most informative articles. :secret:

I currently receive Coinage. I like the articles. The price guide's a joke, but mostly because it's very small and incomplete. Also, when I signed up, I got a good deal for something like 12 issues for $11. You can't beat that. I think I'll try something else next time. I've told myself not to have more than 1 coin mag subscription at once as I have three other magazine subscriptions also. I don't see anything wrong with Coinage, just want to try something else next time.

I get COINS, COIN PRICES, NUMISMATIC NEWS AND WORLD COIN NEWS.

I usually only pick up the "glossy" magazines if they have a good article in them, or a detailed grading section for a series.

If you want a steady stream of up to the date articles i recomend coinworld or one of the other "newspaper" style coin periodicals... one of my local coin dealer just calls it "the paper"

I like CoinValue for the grading section & I also receive Coin World, I used to get Numismatic News, it's very simular to Coin World. CoinValue & Coin World are by the same publisher so if you sign up for both you get a discount.
