1948s lincoln cent error?

Im not sure, probably not ddo but it has filling on letters.Honestley, it looks like a really beat up penny.Its worth a 1948 S penny.
Im not sure though.

 

I am not sure if the 8 has/had a die chip in that upper loop or not, but everything you are showing on this coin is PMD (post mint damage) including the 8.

 

Also, whats up with that E? Is that PMD or something else?

 

The coin looks like it has had its fair share of circulation damage.
