1969-S need help is it a DDO

    I am so sorry about the picture if it is ok then I will continue to post other pictures but if not then I will work on quality I am not used to doing such small items Macro photography is new for me 1969-S-date-double-die.jpg

    No, it is not DDO-1 or DDO-2. It is mechanical Doubling Damage and fairly common on this year and date. Unfortunate since it confuses many who think they have struck it rich. Also, the most usually case where the mint mark is shows doubling appearance along with the date, it is MDD. Here is a good aid.
