Is this 1835 Bust Quarter struck over a different date?

Hello everyone, I’m new to this computer forum thing (it's fun learning though), but have been haphazardly collecting coins from pocket change since the 60’s. I do not collect bust coins, but I do have a quarter and a half (not from change though). I was looking closer at the quarter the other day and noticed that this 1835 Bust Quarter appears to have the 1835 struck over a different date or something? I can’t find any pertinent information on the internet however. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Is it genuine ? Struck over a different date or not? If so, what date? Is it rare? value? etc? Thank you for looking and any help you can offer. (These pictures aren't showing up correctly on my computer, so here are the addresses to them if it helps:

I don't see a repunch, or any doubling. Just crud on the field around the date.

Looks like a B-5 and I agree it does not look like re-punching or at least too hard to see with the dirt around the data.

Thank you kindly for your opinions. When I bought this, I was looking for an original example, and this one retains its luster under the tone which leads me to believe it hasn't been cleaned. The "dirt" between the 3 and the 5 has the distinct appearance of a "2", there appears to be another "2", maybe a "3", seen especially within the top loop of the 3, and there is a O or 0 or a loop of an different "8" between the 1 and the 8. Maybe I'm just seeing things, but the fact that the "dirt" looks like numbers seems odd to me. One number maybe, but three??? Ive been wrong before, will be wrong again (maybe even now), but would humbly ask you to look again and reconsider. Again, ANY input is appreciated as I have no expertise in bust coinage. Thank you again.

Definitely the obv of B-5, early die state. And that die does not have a repunched date.
