Newbie on notes: 1995 Premium Fed Res $10 Set: error?

    All current US currency has colored fibers within the paper, it is part of the security process to help prove a bill is real. Harder to see with the current large head type bills due to all the added color.

    Number on the reverse of the note/right




    Some notes have 52 and some 53 on reverse...........what does the number mean...........should they have different numbers on these sets?

    These are the plate numbers for the printing plates. They can differ. The face of the notes have plate numbers as well, preceded by a letter indicating its position on the sheet.
