This one appears to be BU, can't tell if there's some rub on the hair from the pic. Otherwise it looks nice: strong strike, little chatter. It appears to show the diagnostics for the DDO FS-102. PUP: In God We Trust. Strong tripling on I... A little tripling on T... And various doublings in the right places... I think I'll send it to the plastic company since pops on this variety are very low: only 31 graded. Even if it turns out AU, it's all good. Got it for nine fifty.
I suppose this one could have gone on any one of three threads...this one, "post an Ike", or "post a toned coin"!!! My newest acquisition, part of a lot of 2 brown box Ikes I got from Shane (kryptonitecomics). Man I love the electric blue on this one! As usual, it arrived well-packaged and in 2 days. Thanks!
Here's one I just purchased. It's on it's way via USPS. I'm not sure what it really looks like yet as these are the sellers images, but it does look nice. It's looks to be the shattered die 2/1...DEX
That's really nice looking! Any theories on what those striations across "LIB" are, on the obverse? Thanks for posting it. Colorful ASEs are really cool! -L
Speaking of Capped Bust Half Dollars, I bought this 1826 CBH for $450 off eBay a few weeks ago, it was already graded PCGS XF45. I just got this TrueView photo back today. I love the color on this coin.
Not sure. I got this from we buy and sell gold and silver, jewelry store. I thought their premiums were abit high but this one spoke to me. It's also my first toned purchase.
Picked up this 2013 MS70 San Francisco eagle today. It doesn't show up good in the picture but most of the 2013 San Francisco eagles have issues with the finish. Notice the color diffence between the center and the edge. Anyway, I thought that it would make it fairly unique so I picked one up. Sent from my SGH-T889 using Tapatalk 2
I like it Ripley. A nice clean look with undamaged surfaces...and a classic 20th Century design. My kind of coin. Congrats! Bruce
