I bought $20 in half's from a local member branch of my credit union.
1 BWR, 1 CWR (marked 1970's). Not a good sample to start with.
BWR was all newer coins. 1 with a black sharpie mark on Kennedy's ear.
CWR was all 1970's coins. 3 Bicentennial.
I spent them all, since none worth saving.

I did not expect anything out of such a small sample.
    Maybe next time :smile

Sometimes small samples pay off. I've gotten halves anywhere from $1 to $200 and my best find (percentage-wise) was 2 40% from $1 loose halves.

CRH is all about volume. Ya you may get lucky once in a while, but volume lasts in crh.

Just did $20 while at the bank. Decided to put a book together with my three year old as she loves Kennedy's! Apparently with about $30 in loose half dollars all over the house she found them to be her favorite. Ripped into the first roll and saw the distinguishing edge of silver, 1969! This was probably my fourth roll ever so I was pretty excited to find my first silver. In good shape except some abrasions on the cheek. They were both BWR with 'Loomis' on them I believe.
