Just wondering. Would 12 mercury dimes be a fair trade for a 1922 peace dollar that I have? Any opinions. I really like mercury dimes but shouldnt you stash away any silver dollar you come across?

I don't particularly like the peace dollar myself. However 12 mercury dimes have a value of $27.12. I think it's fair, IMO.

I'm assuming the peace dollar is in rough shape? And what shape are the mercs in? I would like to see a picture of the peace dollar please :)

That "peace" is in pretty good shape.I am not a big fan of the Peace dollar tho so; if it was me, I would trade, The silver content is higher in the lot of 12 Mercs.

More silver for the money. I'd do it.

The peace dollar is worth $23.50 for the silver content. The mercs have $27.00 worth of silver. So I would make the trade.
