I have been going some of my recent purches and logging them into my computer....putting in how much they cost me and how much they are worth. I notice that some of the Cameo PROOF coins only show a price for 65 and up. Does that mean that the coin is atleast a 65 because it is a Cameo proof? Sorry for all of the dumb questions, just trying to get a better understanding of the price guides. Thank you.

Probably because most proofs are usually found in a 65 or higher condition. Anything less than 65 they are likely just worth face value.

A CAM or DCAM proof can be graded lower than PR65. However, the vast majority of modern proof coinage is found in the PR67-PR70 realm with exceptionally few coins found grading less than PR65. Therefore, they do not include prices for those lower graded pieces.

Elsewhere this was discussed, & someone had seen a graded PF22. Unbelievable.
