    Actually in hand this coin shows a lot of cartwheel luster. It's just my lousy photography lol. Thanks anyway.

    A lot of people mistakenly equate "shine" with "luster". Unless you were using terrible lighting, I just don't see any luster.

    Definitely cleaned and rather harshly. Gouge marks in obverse showing the cleaning. The shine is from dipping/polishing, not from uncirculated mint luster. AU details, in my experienced opinion.
