mechanical doubling or true double die ????????

    I would say that's a doubled die. The photo shows a rounded image not a flat shelf like imge.

    With all this States Quarter stuff going on, I don't think we would be able to pin anything down based upon those pictures. They are unfortunately a little blurry.

    Would need to see clearer photos to tell. It kind of looks like some die fatigue.
