Best RAW SILVER EAGLE years???

I'm looking to buy raw ASEs, I found a person to sell them for a fair price (although not as fair as I would like, but I wanna buy ASEs!) and has all of the existing years in tubes (minus 1996 which he won't sell). What are the best years to buy raw ASEs and why? Thank you!!!

Visit that link. They list the mintage for each of the years. Buy the '80s and '90s with low mintage if you can.

 

from memory I think '94 &'98 are good to get. like Tyler said check mintage.

 

I've always done well on resale if I can buy 1986's with minimal premium.

 

The 1996 is the best as it has the lowest mintage for bullion ASEs. Other decent years include the surrounding years 1994-1995 and 1997-1998. TC
