1921 Morgan dollar D mint mark or Micro D mint mark?

Wanted to know if this mint mark is a micro D or just a regular D. Also could the punch for the D be messed up because the upright on the left of the D looks like it goes at an angle but it also looks like PMD caused this by pushing it over. Just wanting to know how it could look like this since the upright looks almost perfectly square and there are some other minor issues with the top?

IIRC, all 21-D Morgans are "micro D", so the answer technically would be both.

As for anything else you wish to know:

It looks like the mintmark took a hit on top.

Just looks like a worn, damaged coin. Mintmark shows wear, and so do other high points on the coin.
