I've decided to go this year, a bit of a drive (4 hours) but what convinced me is that there is a micro brewpub just down the street and the hotel I booked (HI) is walking distance. Anyone else go to this show?
I do all three Baltimore shows every year. The summer show is by far the weakest of the three in terms of attendance and material.
Really? Well, I don't have much of a choice. I'm swamped with work until June. Do you set up a shop at the show? I'd like to patronize some CT members.
I'm on a table with Numismatic Americana, but I spend nearly all of my time walking from dealer-to-dealer looking to purchase coins or to sell coins.
I plan on making the drive. It's about 10 hours for me. Just mailed my application to exhibit my two cent sets as well.
I will hopefully be able to go. It's only 20 miles north of me so I really have no excuse not to go. I wasn't able to go to the last one. This will be my first show.
After 4 years in a row of attending FUN I couldnt muster the interest and ended up skipping it this year. I didn't think I would miss it but I did, especially after reading all the reviews here! A friend an I decided that hitting the Baltimore show would be doable, and since I've never been to this show, I am looking forward to a new venue and city. I'm sure all the usual suspects will be at the show and I look forward to seeing them again. See ya there! Matt
I'll be going too... I try to hit all the Baltimore shows if I can. Always a good time with plenty of good material to choose from. Bruce
