Fake 1851 Dollar

    I had a coin given to me.

    It's more or less like this, it has an Indian head on it, I messed with an image of an Indian head cent in photoshop and it looks just like it. Minus the erosion, some black areas.

    However the sides aren't the same they are dots, and the font is different.

    I'm pretty sure it's fake, but can someone clear it up for me.

    Oh, it's real, worth $$MILLIONS just ask the LAPD...

    Thanks... I'm still confused though.

    I don't dabble with American coins at all.

    The other wide of the coin is more or less identical to the image I gave, the thistle is different though, and there are some small changes.

    Cool... It's identical to te one Mali posted, there must be quite a lot of these coins circulating.
