I just bought that nice coin on ebay, It was offered with a ,,buy now,,, and was listed 2 or 3 hours ago. What do you think it's worth? I have no Idea what those bullion coins are worth.
Yup and I just double checked to make sure that was the case a 100%. I also only looked at ANACS, which tends to not get as much money as PCGS/NGC on ebay. Here's one that sold for $53 and it was even an auction: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2010-P-S-1-...50970869340?pt=Bullion_US&hash=item232690a65c Here's another that only sold for $46, (50 shipped), again auction: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2010-P-S-1-...21169898935?pt=Bullion_US&hash=item337ec0d5b7 Here's the outlier that sold for 99.95 on buy it now http://www.ebay.com/itm/2010-P-AUST...5113241?pt=US_World_Coins&hash=item1e6ea1c099 If anything I'd say the value is on the lower end of my $50-65 estimate based on the fact that the ones that go to auction, are selling for closer to $50 than $65. Granted if you are a patient seller you can almost always get more for your items.
I do. Think of the price of silver when that coin was minted, then factor in the production costs to mint a coin of such high quality, then factor the cost of shipping that coin overseas, Then add in the cost to have it graded. - A lot of steps went in to you holding that MS-70 Kook in your hands. The original buyer was probably big time, and paid less than the average person; but still I believe the seller broke even, or took a loss on it. Especially after the eBay seller fees and paypay fees. - Good buy! :hail:
