Would this LC grade?

    I'm concerned about the scratch. It's not a deep scratch at all.

    Also, what causes a black, gunky build up in the devices on some old coppers? I know green is verdigris, but what about black?

    Negative ghostrider. Scratch is too "new" and "shiny", IMO, for the TPGs to let it go.
