Wait.. WHAT? $250 and $500 for these coins? I wouldn't pay more than $15 for these coins and that would be after I polished that crummy looking AT off of them with Detecto's rock tumbler.. ;)

There's crusty, then there's crusty. Those are nice!

If PCGS grades those as MS-66, I've lost even more respect for them.

I'd never send them something like a modern coin ( say a mint set franklin) to grade. I would send them something like a 16-d dime or 77 IHC or other low grade key, mainly to authenticate.

They can't look at a coin for 6 seconds and accurately grade it. Slabbing is a scam.

Crying out loud is your specialty apparently.
Don't tell us what to do, especially when it isn't your thread.

To me it is totally mind-bottling that anybody would pay hundreds of dollars for a piece of **** 64 Kennedy half that is clearly AT.....even worse is that PCGS slabbed it. They grade laundromat change as MS-65 nowadays.

It's just a matter of time until coins go to a 100 point scale so everything can be re-slabbed, yet again!

100 point scale has my vote.
