Be nice if this was still around.

I found this in a box of stuff. From what I can find online, they only made these a few years.

Now the Redbook is a GREAT resource, but it's big and clunky. It does not fit in your pocket.

This little gem fits in a vest pocket.

It only lists prices for two grades. Commonly, good and fine. It also does not include commens, patterns, colonials, etc. Just covers most us coins intended for circulation. It also has a chart to find out what silver coins are worth, from US and Canada.

Where am I going with this?

I think the Redbook should make a pocket edition. Of course, the font would be smaller, and there would not be as much in there, such as auction records, collecting info, grading info, and the like.

Who takes the Red Book to coin shows or B&M's anyway?

The only Redbook I own is the 2007 edition and while it has long been outdated as a rough price guide, I love it!!
