pretty good box of nickels? need advice on 5 rpm's? or just damage?

    i also got the nickel that might be struck through grease, and a no date D buffalo nickel all in the same box.

    1, 2, and 5 look like machine doubling. I can't tell what is going on with 3 and 4.
