1967 quarter. Short 9?

    I have this 1967 Washington quarter, and the 9 in the date appears to be shortened. Is this the case, or is it a normal quarter?

    It's just worn into the rim, no real variety there.

    a place called mount hermen, the sell licorice sticks for a nickle each!
