Collecting Sets from Circulated Coins

Thats really weird Guys, in the last 2 years I was getting halves from Loomis IN NY and there were I am gonna 40% of the halves were 96 through 2010, I kept the best for my Kennedy set, Heck if I was to know I would have kept more, There must have been some big business in my area ordering them, And using them for something to have that many, Things have slowed this past fall to up to 2000 maybe. I did buy the 87 never found any of them yet. If I start running into a lot of them again I will let you guys know you can have them at cost.
They were circulated though these are not proofs or anything like that but just nice shiny circulated lightly coins.

I apologize to those who think I sound like a broken record.

I'm collecting:
1) Lincoln (1959 to present)
2) Jefferson Nickels (1962 to present)
3) Roosevelt Dimes (1965 to present)
4) Washington Quarters (1965 to present)

I have been getting 2 rolls of each every other Friday from the credit union since November.
Lincoln Memorials - missing 25 (I haven't seen any of the 2009 pennies) (I did get a wheat)
2) Jefferson Nickels - missing 13 (again, 2009 is a problem) (I've had quite a few pre-62s in the rolls)
3) Roosevelt Dimes - missing 10
4) Washington Quarters (missing 1968 d, 1970, and then a cashed in all of the state d quarters and above, so I need to get them again)

Filling in the blanks was a lot of fun at first, now it's a little discouraging and requires more patience, but as time allows I'm going through the coins I have and changing out coins when those in better condition come along, plus I've purchased both Cherrypickers' Guides and I'm playing with them.

 

Costello, I really dont know what's going on. The '09s seem to be getting abit more frequent here. 4 nics so far this wknd. & got 6 rolls of dimes last week @ Moneytree. Scored a BU '09D & AUP. I heard a few times that these were sitting in bank vaults, but never believed it. Mintages speak for themselves. Let me know if I could help, but what's the fun in that?

 

I've found 25 09 dimes, 24-P and 1 lonesome D and I've found 9 total 09 nickels. I get 09 pennies out the ... close to 20 a box. I feel you on filling holes becoming discouraging. I've gotten to the point that mostly what I need is either silver or a key date so things are going a lot slower. I did get a Denali P today (first I've seen) out of $50 in quarters and I pulled a 1980 S SBA type 2 from $200 in dollar coins. I'm missing 3 presidential coins, all D, and I have gone through over $1k to find them and still no luck. One day I will get them though. Just gotta keep up the search.
