1883 v nickel "no cents"

    i have had this 1883 v nickel for a long time and i am getting ready to sell it. i am curious what people might think as far as grade and price. i really don't know much about these nickels. any info would be greatly appreciated :thumb:

    These are quite common in high grades, but the die cracks would add to the interesting factor. I wiuld grade yours MS-64+ and would expect it to bring $90-$100.

    yeah i had noticed all the die cracks. i think that is why i purchased it years ago. :D

    64 the dark area at 12 o'clock might hold it back from a 5 if the luster is strong

    yes about 100 that condition...about ms63/64
