Hello everyone. I'm hoping some of you will be able to help me out a bit. While visiting family over the holidays, my father asked me to help determine the value of a few things in his coin collection. Despite my best efforts online, I can't seem to find much info on this. It is a complete set of specimen banknotes from around the world by the franklin mint in 1978-79. It has a few bills from each country, and they have i.d. card with them. I'll post a few pics, and if anyone can help me out a bit, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
as a set you can get more than 750$, if you split them I think you can get more, Bahrain set alone sells for around 250 $ http://www.ebay.com/itm/SPECIMEN-BA...0896095628?pt=Paper_Money&hash=item35c27ad18c http://www.ebay.com/itm/Official-Pr...0893486971?pt=Paper_Money&hash=item20cde7ff7b
Wow, that promising! Thanks for the links. I even checked ebay before posting, and I couldn't find any sets. I wonder if I could get that much from a local buyer? I would rather not deal with ebay. But at least that gives me a starting point...thanks!
