The French being the French, what with "haute couture" and all - they really do try to monopolise beautiful banknote design:

I'm partial to Greek Notes myself... here's some of my faves (my fave I don't yet own, sigh...).

 

A lot of beautiful and colorful notes you guys have posted, but my favorite has to be RickieB's lion and key...a stunning classic note. Sorry I don't have any foreign to post, I only collect New Jersey obsoletes.
