Hi guys. I bought this 54-D Dime the other day because I was really impressed with the nice color on the obverse as well as the over all quality. It is really a gem (excellent luster), and aside from a couple marks on the leaves (which cannot be seen unless under magnification) it is without View attachment 226446 View attachment 226447 View attachment 226448 View attachment 226449 View attachment 226450 blemish. While I am not terribly concerned with what it is worth I am curious to hear what anyone might have to say. More importantly I was wondering what you think this coin would grade out at, and is it worth the cost to have it slabbed? Much thanks everyone!

it's a nice coin for building a collection or just a stand alone. the value is not enough to justify grading fees. just enjoy as is.

I would say MS64, and very attractive.

Not worth having this slabbed. It's a lovely coin, but there are some very superficial marks on both sides which will prevent it getting a super-gem grade.

Save the grading fees on this one. It's a nice coin by itself, but the expense for submitting will never be realized if you decide to sell it.

I'm not sure how anyone can give it a grade using those images, aside from uncirculated.
    Love the color.
