1970d DD dime?

Can anyone help me determining if this is a DD, or it it was struck on the rim.

I definitely see a form of doubling on the obverse especially in the motto but I can't tell what kind it is.Maybe DDO!

 

Looks like a Doubled Die not only on the motto but it also seem to be doubled on the 1 & 7 of the date. I wish the picture was a bit more clear. Nice one.

 

I would like to see a clearer picture of the motto if possible.

Okay, here is a rescan. hope this helps.. Is there actually a site that has good images of dimes with errors.

 

I fooled with the picture a little bit and it is still difficult to be sure. I do see what might be evidence of notches on the 9 and 7 in the date. I do see what looks like some slight notching on letters of the motto. Without the coin being in hand, a picture can be helpful but sometimes not the ideal way to see these things.

I would hang onto it until someone who knows what they are looking at can view the coin "in hand".
