not really sure what to do with this. I have an original mint bag of 1966 Lincoln cents. i know about 1500 were removed about 6-7 years ago and given to my 2 grandsons. It has been sitting in the back of a closet ever since. I searched about 200 and came up with this sample. Some of the coins show slight fingerprints, so they were handled at some time in the past. If I were to search the rest, what should I look for, or does someone have any other suggestions.
haha,,, I hope it's on the way to my house. Funny you posted that, I just got here from the 'bay searching 65 mint sets,,, lurking, prowling, hunting... baha.

I should be waiting for the Combo shot from Robec but I had to share this beauty. I bought this 52 proof with 6 other toned lincoln proofs in a capitol holder for $11 and I am excited to share it with you all.

Ok, I want too ask, has anyone ever had any success sending a coin back into the initial TPG for upgrade? I am going to post some pictures. The first will be an example of a NGC MS68RD 1967 Lincoln Memorial with a population of 1. The pictures are from when it sold on Ebay recently for about $750.00. Not too bad but because one of my fellow collectors was bidding on the coin that night I did not participate in the auction. The pictures are not that great. The 2nd set of pictures is my MS67RD example that was graded within the same batch as the MS68RD example. In fact the certification numbers are witin 2 coins of each other. I am contemplating sending in my example for an upgrade consideration. I took the pictures of my coin with a small camera so nothing fancy but I think the details on this coin are there. Ok, comments
