Got this to fill my 1962 registry set... 1962-d MS64FBL Franklin half dollar.
After quite a bit of searching around the cheapest I found was running about $70 (cheapest on e-bay was $85) My friend/dealer sent me an e-mail tonight saying his friend.. was putting this up BIN for only $55 (ain't want lists with a trusted dealer great :D). I jumped. Was a tough choice before this offer between a ms64fbl with minor rainbow toning that looked more like a 62/63 for 85 or a ms65 at $115 (this one was probably a MS64 and wouldn't get MS65 in a reslab)
anyhoo I think I did well on this one what do you think... Should have it in hand in a few days won't ship until Wed :(

Check out this info. I own the book but the information is fully available online and here is info on 1962 D Franklin Half. Prices are outdated I would think but this should tell you more about the series as well.

Looks like a nice and frosty coin.
