2001 New York State quarter - Polish lines or error?

Are these marks from overpolishing? (Look to the left of her shoulder and then go straight down to the left side of her robe.) I'll try to put a pic of a normal one beside it for comparison.

Yep, or a die break. Probably worth 25 cents, but it's a keeper.

 

I must disagree. If I am looking at the right thing, it appears (to my eyes) to be nothing more than an anomaly caused by die fatigue.

I am thinking it is die wear as well. Certainly does not look like a die break.
