So, I needed a Quarter Eagle for my collection and this one jumped out at me:

All of the same coin. Just holding them in the light a little different. :) now if only I had a better camera. :headbang:

    Hi Vroomer,
You soon will be going down a path that there is no return, when the gold bug bites be sure you are ready to go down that road because after one gold coin there is no turning back. And if any one says you are buying to much gold just tell them Doug came to you in a dream and said to buy it that works for me:hail:

Bruce, I usually tell them it was Steve, Dave, or both. ;) :goofer:

Thanks, Rob. My brother found an 1899 in a pawn shop and talked the guy down to $160. Can't wait to see that Quarter Eagle.

(When I finish paying my dealer for a 1917 Type 1, Full Head Standing Liberty Quarter, PCGS MS-65.. I'll post that. Gotta love lay-a-way. :goofer: )
