Error or not?

I have 5 2009 series twenties with consecutive serial numbers but the number in the upper right corner is the same number on two of the bills. Can that happen or is it a mistake? The number on the front is H232 on both bills. The numebr on the back is the same also on both bills 158.

That's normal. The plate numbers will repeat every fifth note I believe.

 

Thanks. Do you have any suggestions on where to look up what all the nomenclature means on paper currency? Serial number of the two bills are JF23811959 and 62. I have two other bills in this group with SN's ending in 60 and 63 that have the same plate numbers of H198.
